im not saying i agree with anyone of u, but i do agree in that there has been many properties on the market for sale which haven't been sold as quick as they used to, including commercial properties for sale and for lease. Our real estate agents here in sydney, i live in the inner west, are closed lips about the situation imo. i feel the market is struggling, especially over the $1 million dollar mark.
