and one more thing, how can no-one be buying in america with mind blowing low interest rates. There is a so called sluggish recovery there indicated by analysts, but again imo, what will happen there when once interest rates do increase, due to inflation, which will definately show its ugly head when the banks let go of all their cash, if the interest rates start increasing steadily, how will any1 buy then if no-one is now. This includes australia aswell. scary imo although im an optimistic person, i can't look away. ok no-more dribble from me.
