If the timetable is changed, which may or may not happen - I am sure the new shorters and ones that have managed to short from 40 cents downwards until now - would possibly think about covering soon
Think about if there is a serious over subscription - no doubt in my opinion the directors will considering getting maximum dollars into the kitty
Their exposure to the company's stock is very minimum (hardly any skin in the game especially NC) - so in my opinion they really have nothing to lose (the management credibility has already been tarnished - in my opinion)
That 90 million dollars or so in the bank is hard to say no to
