Yeah we all know about the renounceable issue after the tender but a couple of posters were waxing eloquent about it being a 1 for 5 issue as if it was a done deal.
My query was about the 1 for 5. I haven't seen an ann that spells out such details. If one has been made then can someone point me in that direction?
NUF has about 220 million shares so a 1:5 issue will need to be pitched at about $5.70 - $6 to produce the desired $250 million. This seems a bit low to me.
