Ahh, but isnt that easy for someone who only had partial order filled? I noticed the person who bought at .086c the other day still had 5000 units outstanding, but then that got cancelled so maybe they changed their units and then had it filled at a higher price.

As far as I knew you have to own a 'marketable' parcel so it must be an existing owner of BRT. It did however make my closing portfolio look better!
