I understand your position
I may have seen/guess some of TI stuff
yet I feel its not in my place to speculate/stir
and I think DG should have the respect and honor
to released his findings in his time
only that certain things/development could?/should?
lead to certain expected outcome/rewards

i just hope is sooner than later :)
all we are doing here is to get more informed
and explore the potential based on the available data

one thing we all agree
this sp is way undervalued
for some know reason (CRE-STone-DB-perceived cost etc)
via very specific mechanism/manipulation on market

the only constant we cannot control is ... time (and rain)
so its superglue staying power
or go one better.... ACCUMULATION!!!
