IMI need cash and need it now, another raising would just about kill investor's off resulting in the SP plummeting to less than a cent.
Contract with sigma will come but wont be a revenue based contract for IMI. Sigma will gobble up IMI providing some economies of scale within the cash flow. As it stands its just too expensive to get to market with staff and training costs etc.
History shows that unless its a bumper announcement IMI had its run from 1.6 to 3.2.
