Mmmm. Utilitarianism - the most good for the most number, if my memory serves me correct. Thus if there are 3 people who are sick, needing respectively a heart, lung and liver transplant, what we should do is drag a healthy person of the street, rip out their heart, lungs and liver and put them in the crook people, making them well. That is the logical outcome of utilitarianism.
