To right B2. I love the first line of the Locantro report:
'Resource base currently around 730,000 ounces with an EV of around $12 per resource ounce in comparison with a sector average of $40. (Resource ounces/market capitalisation= EV)'.
This statistic is worth jack unless you take into consideration grade and production cost. EV could be zero per ounce, but what use is that if costs outweigh revenue.
So what is the point of mentioning this in the first line of analysis? Good question.
