Definitely go Egypt Gobby, I went a couple of years ago and Abu Simbel and the Pyramids and the Sphinx are amazing!
Apart from that - I would say any country as my lifetime ambition is to visit every country in the world and I am only up to 14... so if you find any good ones, let me know and I will go there first!
I am about 13,000 points away from a round-the-world trip with frequent flyers - so let me know how easy it is to book when you do :)
