forget the idle speculation - here is the inside story:
Due to the ongoing water restriction in Geelong, the car washing industry is going down the drain (lol). A condition of of a certain individuals parole (on stalking charges) is that he must be gainfully employed.
With his boss' car wash closed he decided to take over HC's liabilities for no consideration - after all, by his continued vindictive, infantile posting's he has (single handedly) destroyed any worth/credibility HC may have had.
No he can run rampant over all other HC member's and feed his childish mind and perverted behaviour with no interference.
