Compare that with say an accusation: "You are a murderer in my opinion". Very libellous indeed -unless true-and immediately recognized by a court.
Actually, that new statement therefore doesn't exonerate you in a court. It will be less libellous but it is still libel and damages will be paid out.
You have also a problem that you hide behind an Alias and my name is real. Obviously, your true name can be recovered anyway, no problem there.
So, unless an apology is forthcoming it merely shows that IMHO you are a man with a "loose mouth".
So a few more people now know that you talk BS (With Capitals).
