well, far be it for me to agree with my old sparring partner Goblin (aka - dozens of names),
but -
at the projected dividend rate of $1.75 for this coming year, my margin lending rate of 6.85%, and my (creative) tax rate of 17%,
my numbers show if I pay $29.85 for NAB then after all costs my net return would be about 1.3%.
maybe that doesn't sound much, but that is without using any of my own money!!
sure, NAB may go down further, but do your own numbers .
