i'm quite surprised that the new board got in so overwhelmingly....so surprised that i'm actually a bit suspicious as to whether the proxies were done "aboveboard" (pardon the pun).....can someone shed some light on whether the system is "hack" proof.....I didn't attend, but the AGM presentation material posted onto ASX was an absolute disaster..... why do they need an "independent consultant" to tell them how to run the strategy of the company? (isn't that what the board, which includes indepedent directors, is meant to be able to do in the first place?)
