    morning,

"History provides no evidence that God ever abused his power."

History also provides no evidence that God exists at all.

Indeed there is a decided lack of evidence.

What we do have however are a lot of facts about life that are truly distasteful and indeed if engineered by a particular being - suggest that the aforementioned being is either evil or a complete dill - or somewhere in between.

    First cab off the rank.

All life is completely dependant on the destruction and consumption of other life.

Just what sort of entity would make a system like that? Certainly not the sharpest tack in the box - at best.

After that, it's pretty well downhill from there isn't it?

Now, if the said entity throws another curly and uses force - well, what does that say about free will?

Hmmm, - one thing - you have the choice to do whatever you like - but, if I don't like it - I will punish you or force something on you.

arrh - another brilliant move from our entity.

Lets face it folks - if God exists, we have a much bigger problem that if it doesn't exist.

At least if it doesn't exist then all we are up against is random chance.

If it does exist, then we have clear evidence that it's mentality/personality ranges somewhere between pure evil and utter fool, with a fair bit of derangement thrown in for good measure.

    have a great day all

    Pinto
