Why does this stupid country always think making restrictive laws will fix problems that possibly don't even exist.
Switzerland allows most things -marijuana, 120k/h highways (slow for europe), breath testing can only be done after an accident, cheap alcohol, porn available everywhere (hardcore), etc and their crime rates and incidence of negative events associated with the above "issues" is extremely low.
What proof do we have that restictive laws work?
