How do we ever expect to progress development of the resources of this country,get people to provide risk capital,provide jobs and benefits to many, if we have legal systems and regulations that take months and years to make decisions that do not progress australias resources development.
At a time when our government is borrowing money to give to all and sundry to try and reduce the decline in unemployment , and complaining that their income is down A$12 Billion , we have numerous resource developments taking years longer to get going than necessary due to the incredibly complicated processes
