All I can say is patience. The dollars will start talking very soon and then DLS will move.

Noticed a lot of buyers starting to que up and sellers moving the target higher today.

I relate it to my beloved Mincor, For years I had to endure it going no where, it has finally moved, why, bucket loads of cash coming in.
