If ,say, Celgene or another company has made a deal with Teva to takeover the CHF partnership it isnt really a set back.
Quite the contrary. I think Silvio has stated that Celgene in particular is a perfect fit for partnering with MSB and would be highly motivated to move forward quickly.
I was particularly very frustrated with the precieved go slow by Teva with the CHF trials
Teva also would be happy to see share pf grow in their need for cash.
There maybe something of substance in this article.
