    David Dickson and CFO have breached their duty to shareholders in what seems to be a coordinated attempt of financial fraud.

    How does a man with deep training in finance lack the foresight that results in a dilutionary event that was seen with LKEs last CR. These men are paid HUGE Salaries as they are ENTRUSTED with your capital. Corporations Act clearly lays down the duty to shareholders and this team has breached it completely
