If evidence is shown that indicates the board has colluded with the brokers in order to conduct a short what would the consequences be?
A board who's DUTY is to protect shareholder capital and conduct themselves in a way that would cause shareholder capital to appreciate instead have locked room discussions with financial demons on how best to push negative news to the market to force a valuation crush yet nothing happens to deal with it!!!?
