hah cheers, now the true test for me is to stop a stupid error I have made too many times, selling a holding too soon. Most recent regretful sale was WHC in February for a small profit around 50c, now above $3
Great potential here I think FA and TA, SP sold down by spiteful rotten apples that have since left the building, Vocus now regrouping and focusing on the business objectives in a market that presents lots of opportunity for them. I'm currently househunting and if the property has no NBN or no build commencement, it's off the radar, no doubt I'm not the only one that places importance on this, plus here in Perth metro, NBN rollout makes zero sense, very patchy or rolled out to the rich suburbs first (funny that..) while newer suburbs much closer to CBD with crumbling copper fitted are ignored. Hell, even Perth CBD has bugger all NBN. Anyway happy to top-up on any dips though unlikely there'll be any further.
