ABC acquired bad companies, paid bad prices for them and had bad management.

I thank you for highlighting those, but highlighting bad data doesn't help. If it were bad data vs no data, I would rather have no data.

ROE is inaccurate due to the acquisitions. I know your intentions were good, but you could be labeled as fear-mongering by others, so I'd suggest pre-empting furious retorts with a caveat... something like:

**I'm merely copy-pasting data from elsewhere which was extrapolated from historicals without considering all the new acquisitions**

Then you'd get more favourable responses and people will actually dissect and work on the proper analysis, and this would be a better contribution to the VOC boards as a whole.
