Beautiful planet? How do you explain tsunamis that are responsible for killing thousands including the decapitation of many children? How do you explain the suffering that takes place? How do explian that African worm that burrows into the eyeball of children that causes blindness? If you think that the earth is full of goodness and beauty, then I suggest you read up on the arguments of Stephen Law. If you think that God is responsible for this planet because of all the beauty therein, then you could also argue that God is an evil god because of all the suffering that takes place.
