Are you sure your statement is correct? Do you now how many retailers and online stores selling vacuum cleaners? The answer is A LOT.
More competitors = less margin. I bought my last Dyson vacuum 4 years ago. Still works beautifully now. I would imagine a business with 4+ years returning customers don't exactly translate to quality business.
