@vanadinho, In your previous post you said you were "NOW IN N.Z." and that you have not received any in specie shares via your Ardea holding.
Without knowing how you bought your original Ardea holding (broker?) and without knowing if you were a holder of ARL on the record date (perhaps you are still holding your original ARL's) I wouldn't just accept what Automic have told you over the phone and maybe you told them you were in N.Z. and they may have immediately told you that you didn't qualify for the free in specie shares.

If you are still an ARL holder and for peace of mind, perhaps you could call the company secretary of Ardea and Godolphin (Sam Middlemas) and ask him too check the company records.

The only reason i am telling you this is because at least a handful of permanent overseas holders did receive in specie and also applied for shares in GRL and previously in ARL when it floated..
