Your question has been asked and answered several times over recent times. From my understanding and depending through who you purchased your Ardea shares in the first instance could be the answer to your question.
I know of several people who are non resident Australian's who have purchased shares through an overseas bank or a large world entity and under similar circumstances to the proposed Godolphin IPO and yet they still received free shares.
Perhaps you could also ask whoever you bought your Ardea shares from.
If you register your shares with an Australian address then, you are almost assured to get your free share entitlement however, if you can do that, perhaps you should start putting the wheels in motion.
