All experience is a delusion of the mind. The trick is to train the self to accept into the functionality of one's life only the delusions that do not harm others, nor the self too much.
Anybody claiming scriptural certainty is mistaken, 100%.
Those who speak for G.d speak only for themselves and reflect their state of delusion and mania. That is not to say that in the rarest of cases an exceptional soul may be used to speak for G.d, in a manner. Such beings as Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, etc, etc, seem to have connected to something external to themselves.
Now you might then say that they did not say anything that could not be said by any wise man, or woman and this is true, but wisdom alone does not produce great movements of people into belief, life altering moments and a willingness to die for their belief. This requires something that moves humans in an intangible way, beyond the reach of science.
