    G'Day,

    " Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is."
    (keep in mind, according to the Inter, "see" can also be - perceive).

    As you maybe aware, some Bibles incorrectly add Jesus's name in here, as in when Jesus appears.
    BUT, this and the lead in passages are all about the God and Father.
    And not to mention, we are never children of Jesus's.

    So the above along with the fact that we know Jesus will also come = both will be coming at the time of Jesus's arrival.
    It maybe the case or the same as when Jesus was here, the God and Father who Jesus defined as the only true God when he was here John 17:3, that the God and Father will be dwelling in the Temple -> Jesus?

    Emmanuel -> God with us -> dwelling in Jesus.
    John 14:10 -> Jesus's interpretation (14:7,9) of seeing (perceiving) the Father by hearing the words coming out of him.

    Hence Jesus became the express image of the God and Fathers Person, when he expressed out his words Heb 1:3 KJV.
    ("Became" -> Due 18:18, Luke 2:40, 52).
