Crystalvoyager, you take little snippets of old testament and take them literally. However you miss the main point of the ancient words.

The words of the prophets in the texts were fullfilled by a child born in a stable in Bethleham. Unlike anicient texts, however, he proclaimed a God of love and forginess. That it was no longer an eye for an eye, but that you should 'love one another as i have loved you.'

Jesus was no fan of the Jewish hierachy who took literally the words of the old testament. He hated a hypocrite, and there were prophetic words of the fate of those who harm children.

By the sounds of it you have a blessed life. I too have children your age, but we differ in that at the beginning and end of each day, we thank and honour our Lord and strive to live a good life.

Don't over complicate what does not have to be complicated.

BTW - DUB, little Frances Rose is doing well, 18 months old.
