I have been the only one for a long time saying that HWE "bought" contratcs at rates for which they could not be completed. Why? Cos a new Business Development team thought it knew more than the incumbent management. Then went and sent the chart of "won work" northwards at too faster a rate.

They got the fancy BMW's and everyone else got shafted. Shame but will be shown to true by the Administrators report when it is produced.
