- Kangaroo Island Plantation Timbers (KPT) is currently in voluntary suspension, following the devastating fires on Kangaroo Island
- KPT staff and consultants are assessing the fire damage to their plantations from both air and ground, where it is safe to do so
- In a statement the company said around 90 per cent of the plantations have been affected
