I think when CVI are succsessfull in obtaining finance/permits for the kwanza basin, the sp may rise not so much due to the permits obtained, but because then CVI will have proven an ability to bring such an oppurtunity to fruition, and will give the market more confidence CVI can obtain other permits / oppurtunties i.e Niger Delta / congo. In my opinion it will give the market confidence that the management of CVI are a truly capable group
