Considering that the biggest impedent on share price is the lack of cash to pay down debt, I would say that a capital raising would be very good for the share price. The NPV is almost $1b. The market cap is 10% of that already 90% discounted NPV. Plenty of room for a significantly capital raising. This is why the share price is rerating. I would nor be surprised to see 20c within a week.
