Do the seven international mining arbitration barristers have intimate knowledge of the case or are their comments just based on face value. I believe it’s the latter and I have no doubt they all make a point of it. Commenting on the merits of a case without knowing the finer details is pointless.

Stupid statement. They are lawyers. They dont comment unless they know enough to do so. Just as much as ETMs lawyers have taken the case on for no payment unless its a win. Because they too know a corrupt unreasonable act when they see it. Confidence isnt pointless. Downplaying facts and morality is however.

ETM can explore for other mineral deposits that don’t conrain >100ppm uranium. Thats not expropriation.
Token gesture simply to portray "Oh but they can still do this". Especially when theres nothing else on the tenement worth exploring and they know it. . No one falls for that rubbish here.
