LVB, I agree with your sentiments.
I believe - as do a several experienced international mining arbitration barristers, that ETM have a strong case, and that the arbitration tribunal could/should rule in ETM's favour, and ETM will ultimately receive there long sort after exploitation licence. ETM have complied fully with GoG conditions/legistration, and essentially met all requirements for an exploitation licence prior to the new 100ppm Act, that clearly was tailored to stop ETM. Expropriation should apply if GML fail in arbitration.
