Dont think they will have any trouble raising cash, they have received a lot of interest/support from brokers and investors for the concept of consolidating cooper basin assets.
Alex Bajada did a boardroom radio interview today, its worth a listen.

Vicpet stake will be very good position especially in light of recent BG/Origin deal. Valuations will rise significantly imo and the addition of QGC on thr register and board adds CSM tech skills that will be critical in adding value.
Opes stuff will pass and currently leaves the stock at bargain level, unfortunate for ipo holders but it is temporary.
