About 3 months ago MCR was trading around 70 cents
PAN was trading at $1.30

Since then we had the Greek election hit

PAN has dropped to 55 cents
MCR has dropped to 62 cents

MCR hat a share buy back in place
PAN did not

PAN is riskier but in my opinion should not be trading lower
Than MCR

If PAN had set a buy back price of around 69 cents 2 months ago
The SP would of held around that level

PAN hit 55 cents today

I will be interested to see an announcement of a share buy back
Today

I would hope the level is set at 55 cents and not 50 cents
