Some of the banks have unsecured loans with Centro so they risk a chance of not getting all of their money back.
Also if assets go at firesale prices it could be substantially less to what the banks owed them.
Wouldn't it be in the best interest for the banks to refinance so they can get profits on the interest of the loans?
Glen also said the banks have been supportive in the presentation
