Thats exactly the attitude Donald Trump had in the 90's when his company went 9 billion in debt... he basically sat down with the banks and said if you shut me down you wont get any money back.. or you can refinance me and we can all make money and have long and prosperous future.
It worked for him, in a time when all the property tycoons in NYC were going bust
