Lou222, I am always interested in facts on any Company I hold shares whether they be positive or negative, such has saved my backside before. However unfortunately you have not done your homework and have made uninformed suppositions from a power slide or two. I don't know if your simply trolling or have genuinely gone off on a tangent from incomplete facts.

It's funny how many times alleged newbies have posted negative supposition post's when Companies are undergoing a little volatility, specially after a meteoric rise.

I am not going to dig it up for you, but you may want to have a look at the Qld Gov. ISP (Independent Scientific Panel) Report. We have indeed been waiting over 2 years for a MDL renewal and just as importantly a new UCG Policy. The processes that were/are required as recommended by the ISP and hence Government are in their final stage. That being the submission of the CNX Rehab Policy.

UCG has undergone and exhaustive and complete scrutiny by the Government, in fact I don't know of any other tech or process that has been subjected to such. One can wish that CSG underwent the same prior to it's implementation.

I am not going to bother going through everything UCG and CNX have gone through to reach this point. I am not going to point out their extensive Coal assets in the Surat. I am not going to point out their obvious work behind the scenes withe the DEHP in an effort to reach an understanding process. It is also no secret that CNX require a financial JV to proceed with the Blue Gum Project. I'm not going to point out that CNX is considered one of the world leaders in modern UCG processes. I'll let you discover those points for yourself. After that you can consider your at the tip of the iceberg and ready to work your way down.

I can only wish we were back at 2c. I had just dug up some more change and wanted to purchase more when the volcano erupted leaving that purchase price under ash in the list. Oh well.

Why people who do not hold bother to expound incomplete views to the negative always amazes me as to why they bother and saddens me as to what their life may consist of that they spend their time thus.
