Going Concern - Auditors, page-2

So the Auditors flagged the company's 2022 funding (1/1/2022 to 21/12/2022) as a KAM in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 31/12/2021.

They gave the company a tick for sufficient funding being in place up to 31/12/2022, I assume following representations made by the company.

But I'm interested in funding for the the year ending 31/12/2023.

I assume that the Auditors will be looking closely at the company's 2022 accounts for reasonable assurance that funding for the following twelve months (1/1/2023 to 31/12/2023) will be in place.

I've heard nothing from the company about funding initiatives for 1/1/2023 to 31/12/2023.

Does anyone have information on funding for the the year ending 31/12/2023? Possibly a CR or an equity partner or some other form of funding?

And would a CR be successful?
