It is clear that X was going to wait to see what happened with the undisclosed Con Court, yet private e mails and phone calls continued tell holders it was imminent in 2010. The pump in Nov 10 let the people in the know get out, one could conclude.
The "M" case is another. No need to tell holder that a farm that you have 64% of was in danger, because it was with the BEE. Even though it seems NKP share holders will fit the bill, if rumors are true. Once again you will have to wait for an audited report before you will ever know if this is true.
When did NKP loose the prospecting rights on "N"? You would think this would be very material to development plans and holders. Should you have to read everything in an audited Annual report to find this out? They must have lost this right from the beginning. Yet nothing about it at all until now, because they had to.
Put this together with "imminent" and "JV in a week" (Which has changed to deal) Then you get a pretty clear picture of who you are dealing with.
