I guess the loan was first drawn down in June 2011? Therefore if there is no sign of a deal by June 2012 then expect some heavy dilution coming.

I guess NKP thinks that they will not need anywhere near the "18 months" before they get a deal done and pay back the loan. Imagine is the shares are converted at 20% discount to VWAP and the share price is 15cents ... which means an extra 92million shares to be issued.

Do you know who are the issuers of the Loan Kiwi? Just curious whether its a related party to someone on the board of NKP.
