this piddly share has caused me more grief and taken more time than I care to say.
I've always hoped for the best, but I have to say, what underpinned my arguments was I assumed ASIC was there to back us.
The post I did on ASIC spelt out just why that backing is not likely to be there in relation to FAS, due to ASIC priorities for larger caps and this was certainly news to me. It was written by a Sydney lawyer.
It was news, it was relevant to the discussion and helpful but someone tou'd it and it got taken down.
A pathetic situation all round.
