Lucas says the iron ore price fall hasadded to concerns about Fortescue’s debt levels, which at close to $10 billion are well above the miner's current market cap of $6.4 billion.
‘‘Fortescue has a 93 per cent debt to equity ratio and the question would be whether or not that’s going to be downgraded again,’’ he says.
