    I was probably thinking that Amgen was " buying in"- reputation wise.
    I feel that they have been behind demands that UNIS cross the Tees and dot the I's so as not to be involved in anything that could damage their reputation.
    The more I think about UNIS present position, the more positive I get.
    Taking into account your posts, RRM, Cad and others. It's looking OK.
    Amgen has chosen to hold senior debt, instead of shares, when they could convert and control the company.
    That would leave Orbimed owed in the vicinity of $100 mil and Amgen in the same boat as the rest of us shareholders.
    If Amgen and OrbiMed are strategic partners, then this is not a position they would want.
    I would imagine that OrbiMed will want to benefit from the high interest rates they get and the royalty payments.
