Sounds to me that our one and only "lender" (more like venture capitalist) is quite happy. Amgen is also a lender but is accepting payment in the form of product discounts.
Everyone is happy except the shareholders. Then again if we knew what "Unilife's business strategy" was/is then perhaps we would be as happy as Orbimed.
