If they had great news coming in they couldn't tell you about it as it'd be price sensitive and if things were quiet they'd still tell you things were going as planned and they are looking to the future.
The only truth is that management may be on a business trip but that amounts to sweet fa until they announce signed deals and talk about bottom lines.
J Pride took a well publicised trip to the US on behalf of RFN once too and if you had called the office at that time everyone would have been on about how bright the future was looking.
