At the very best the wire implies $740 would be enough to pay interest down and clear principal. If Altura were debt free at the end of 2020 with the sort of cashflow needed to achieve that it would be valued nearer a $1 billion AUD.

Sorry. the 13m was the Interest only part of the loan, so recurrent at that level, if not paying down principal, which i assumed they couldn't.

Im just concerned and am thinking of selling as I dont want to wear a reverse 10.5/10c
